GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The condition for making a reservation is the payment of a reservation fee of 50% of the value of a minimum two-day stay or 100% of the value of a one-day stay. The payment should be made at the time of booking, no matter how much in advance we book the stay.
  • The reservation fee is refundable only in the case of cancellation at least 30 days in advance.
  • Free change of the reservation date is possible only if it is reported 30 days before the date of the booked stay
  • In case of shortening the stay, we do not refund the amount due for unused days.
  • Check-in starts at 3PM or 4PM. and ends at 11AM or 12PM. depending on the selected apartment
  • Given the type of housing and its location above the ground, it is strictly prohibited to be or to consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances on the premises.
  • Parents and carers are solely responsible for the safety of their children on the premises.
  • In the event of safety-threatening atmospheric conditions, we reserve the right to relocate our guests to other guest houses in Nałęczów we are friends with.
  • Children under 3 years old stay free of charge; the charge for children over 3 years old is PLN 60.00 – 100.00 depending on the apartment. The basic price remains unchanged in the case of one adult or one adult with children stay.
  • Much as we love animals, pets are not welcome in our apartments.
